Paan Singh Tomar Watch and Download New Hindi Movie

Posted on 02:41 by tripal h
The real-life story of subedar Paan Singh Tomar, a seven-time national champion athlete and Army jawan who became a dacoit.Sportsmen and outlaws inhabit two different universes. One shines amidst the bright lights of glory, the other haunts the ravines of notoriety. But in director Tigmanshu Dhulia's biopic, Paan Singh Tomar, the two worlds collide. And the result is a rather exquisite blend of drama, humour and tragedy; altogether eminently enjoyable good cinema.
Beginning 1958, Tomar was a seven-time national champion in steeplechase, a grueling athletic event where participants jump over seven water hazards and 28 hurdles while running a distance of 3,000 metres. Born in the dacoit-infested district of Morena, Tomar was an Army jawan too. He didn't run for pleasure; only for better food that athletes were entitled to. How a simple jawan becomes a feared outlaw is the kernel of the film's story.

History of Islamic Medicine 23

Posted on 03:28 by tripal h
Video is at the end of this Article
There are almost 78 organs in a human body which vary according to their sizes, functions or actions. An organ is a collection of millions of cells which group together to perform single function in a human body. The cells in these body organs are highly specialized and formed for all the necessary actions for some specific time. Out of these 78 organs of a male or female body, skin is the largest or biggest organ with respect to its size and weight. The mojor or prerequisite human organ is the brain which handles all the functions and actions of a human body. Other top ten or 10 human body organs are given in the following list with names and functions.
Skin is the largest or biggest human body organ. The average weight of skin in human body is about 10,886 grams which varies according to the size and weight of human being. Human skin is made up of different ectodermal tissues and it protects all the inner body organs like liver, glands, stomach, heart etc. Other functions are heat regulation, interaction with atmosphere, protection from diseases, absorption and sensation.

Liver is the second largest organ of male or female human body. Its average weight in a normal human body is 1,560 gms. The liver recieves blood full of digested food from the gut. It stores some foods and delivers the rest to the other cells through blood. The other function of liver is to change the left material into harmless waste called urine.

Brain is the third largest and major organ of human body. Its average weight in a normal human body is 1,263 gms. The brain controls the actions of all the body parts. There are about 100 billion cells in human brain which make about 100 trillion nerve connections with nerve cells for messaging. Medulla oblongata, Midbrain, Hind brain, Cerebellum, Spinal cord and Venticle are some of the major parts of a human brain.

Lungs is the fourth biggest organ of human beings body. The average total weight of the right and left lung in a normal human body is about 1,090 gms. The major function of lungs is to inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide out of the red blood cells. The lungs can hold a total of upto 5 litres of air. The adult lungs have an internal area of over 90 meters, that is about half the area of a tennis court.

Heart is the fifth largest human body organ which is prerequisite for a living human being. The major function of the heart is to pump the blood to every part of the body to deliver the energy to every body cell. In males the average weight of heart is 315 gm while in females this weight is about 265 gms. Ventricles, atrium and aorta are some of the main parts of a human heart.
Kidneys is the sixth largest organ in every human body. There are two kidneys in every human being and the average weight of both the kidneys is about 290 grams. The major function of a kidney is to separate the waste amterial by filtering the blood. Both these kidneys filter our blood 50 times a day. If one kidney stops working the other will enlarge and do the work of two.

Spleen is 170 grams heavy and it is the seventh largest or heaviest organ of the human body. It forms the red blood cells pulp and white blood cells pulp. Therefore it is helpful in making the blood and increasing the immunity of the human being.

Pancreas is the eighth largest human organ with an average weight of 98 grams in human body. It is one of the most important gland which produces several hormones including insulin, glucagon, and somatostatin. The pancreas is a dual-function gland, having features of both endocrine and exocrine glands.

Thyroid is the ninth biggest one in human organs system. The average weight of thyroid gland in human body is 35 grams. It is the largest gland in the human body. The function of this gland is to produce thyroxine and triiodothyronine hormones.

Prostate is the tenth largest human organ gland with a weight of 20 grams.

Sayings of  Imam Hasan Mujtaba (a.s.)
Be prepared for your traveling (for Akhira), and keep ready your necessity before your death comes.
O' Son of Adam! Since the day you left your mother's womb you life has been on the decrease. Therefore, avail yourself of that between your hands for the hereafter, because the believer takes provisions (from this world) and the disbeliever only takes his leisure (from this world).
If you fail to obtain something of worldly benefit, take it as if the thought of it had never crossed your mind at all.
Never did a nation resort to mutual counsel except that they were guided by it towards maturity.
It is love which brings closer those who are remote by ancestry, and it is (the absence of) love which causes dissociation between those who are related by ancestry.
Opportunity is something which is quick to vanish and late to return.
I wonder about the person who contemplates about his nutrition but he does not consider (the food of) his intellect. Thus, he avoids of what hurts him in his stomach but he lets his mind to be filled with what destroys him.
Associate with and treat the people in way as you like to get associated and treated by them.
The one who continues his visits (going and coming) to the mosque does lay his hands upon one of eight benefits:
(Getting to know) one of the decisive verses.
Finding a beneficial brother.
Fresh knowledge.
A mercy waiting for him.
A word leading to the guidance.
An admonition averting from sin.
Not committing sin out of scheme.
Not committing sin for the fear of Allah.
When the desirable and commendable services damage and harm the obligatory services, abandon them.

Koran Lecture Part 12 - Urdu

Posted on 18:55 by tripal h
Wealth and sons are allurements of the life of this world: But the things that endure, good deeds, are best in the sight of thy Lord, as rewards, and best as (the foundation for) hopes. (46)
“Zeenah” is that which one decorates and beautifies themselves with. Wealth and children are the zeenah of this dunya, not the hereafter. They are not a means of success; unless used in the right way. Children and wealth are taken as the adornment of this life, but we hardly think about using them in the way for the aakhirah.
On the other hand, the baaqiyaat as-saalihaat are what remains. The good righteous deeds are what remain, and are what last. They do not get wasted or nullified when someone dies, rather they take them to success in the hereafter.
One opinion of “baaqiyaat as-saalihaat” is the adkhaar (remembrances), SubhanAllah, Alhamdulillah, La ilaaha il Allah, wAllahu akbar, because when you receive wealth and children, you are diverted from the remembrance of Allah.
If you notice this ayah; Allah ta’ala mentions specifically that children and wealth are adornments, yet ‘baaqiyaat as-saalihaat‘ is left general: because there are so many deeds one can do.
ibn Abbaas radi Allahu anhuma holds the opinion that the five prayers are baaqiyaat as-saalihaat. Other opinions:
1- kalimah tayyiah: good words
2- any remembrances of Allah
3- in general, any good deeds, big or small.
Allah ta’ala ends the ayah by saying it is “khayrun ‘inda Rabbika thawaaban”, they are best in the sight of your Rabb as reward: sometimes we cannot see the benefits of our work in this dunya, so we must know that with Allah ta’ala is our reward…and not just any reward, khayran, better reward.
Allah ta’ala ends the ayah by saying it is “khayrun amala“–it is better in hopes! It is better to hope for  “baaqiyaat as-saalihaat“, and they are worthy of being hoped for. It is better to have expectations in the good deeds because that is what will have results in the hereafter.
Righteous deeds is what will benefit us in the hereafter, not our wealth or children, but what we did in this life for the hereafter. Our real expectations should be with our deeds, because on the day of Judgment, saalihaat will be a better means for us.
Allah ta’ala will not decrease your reward of your righteous deeds; nor will He forget anything you have done. We must have firm belief in this and have good expectations for doing good deeds.

Hadith-E-Qudsi Of the Day 16 Urdu

Posted on 18:54 by tripal h
For example: "Can He make a rock so big - nothing can move it?" - If He did make a rock so big nothing could move it, would this mean He couldn't move it too? Or would it be impossible for Him to make something so big He couldn't move it?"
Allah tells us "Allah is capable of doing anything He Wills to do." It should be noted in Islam we understand Allah never Wills to do anything that would make Him no longer be Allah. That is to say, He would never die as this would mean He is no longer "The Eternally Alive" (one of His characteristics mentioned in the Holy Quran).
Therefore, He can make a rock (or anything else for that matter) so large or heavy - nothing in the entire universe can move it. As regards Allah "moving" it, He is not in the universe and He does not resemble His creation. Therefore, Allah is never subject to the Laws of the Creation because He is both the Creator and the Law Giver. Whenever He wants anything done, He merely says "Kun! Fayakun!" (Be! And so it will be!)
Speaking about Himself, Allah says:
The Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decrees a matter, He only says "BE!" - and it is.
[Noble Quran 2:117]
She said: "O my Lord! How shall I have a son when no man has touched me?" He said: "So (it will be) for Allah (God) creates what He wills. When He has decreed something, He says to it only: "BE!" and it is.
[Noble Quran 3:47]
Verily, the likeness of Jesus before Allah (God) is the likeness of Adam. He created him from dust, then (He) said to him: "BE!" - and he was.
[Noble Quran 3:59]
It is He Who has created the heavens and the earth in truth, and on the Day of Resurrection He will say: "BE!", - and it shall become. His Word is the truth. His will be the dominion on the Day when the trumpet will be blown. All-Knower of the unseen and the seen. He is the All-¬Wise, Well-Aware (of all things).
[Noble Quran 6:73]
Verily! Our Word unto a thing when We intend it, is only that We say unto it: "BE!" and it is.
[Noble Quran 16:40]
It befits not Allah (in His Majesty) that He should beget a son. Glorified and Exalted is He. When He decrees a thing, He only says to it, "BE!" and it is.
[Noble Quran 19:35]
Verily, His Command, when He intends a thing, is only that He says to it, "BE!" and it is!
[Noble Quran 36:82]
He it is Who gives life and causes death. And when He decides upon a thing He says to it only: "BE!" and it is.
[Noble Quran 40:68]
Creation as we see from these verses, is not a difficult thing for God at all. He merely gives a Command and everything comes about according to His Will.
